MUMPO is now in the process of developing its 2011-2017 TIP.  The first part of that process involved the development of the 2011-2017 Candidate Projects List (CPL).  The CPL is the document that lists the projects for which MUMPO will request funding in the 2011-2017 TIP.  There are six project categories in the CPL: roadway; safety; intelligent transportation systems; urban loop funding eligible; multi-modal planning & environmental studies; bicycle.  It is anticipated that a Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) category will be added.  MUMPO’s 2011-2017 TIP was adopted by the MPO on March 18, 2009 and can be found at the following link:
